Summer League 2026

The 2026 summer league season will run Tuesday, May 26th, through Saturday, June 27th.
Registration will begin on March 1, 2026
Excel Aquatics manages summer league teams at the request of the Williamson County Parks and Recreation,the City of Murfreesboro, and the City of Columbia. The summer season typically runs late May through the end of June. Teams swim at the following locations:
- Brentwood Barracudas - Brentwood Indoor Sports Complex
- Columbia Ducks - Columbia Rec & Aquatic Center
- Fairview Sharks - Fairview Rec Center
- Franklin Frogs - Franklin Rec Center
- Longview Seadragons - Longview Rec Center in Spring Hill
- Murfreesboro Comets - Sportscom in Murfreesboro
- Nolensville Hurricanes - Nolensville Rec Center
In general, summer league teams accept swimmers based on the following criteria:
- 6 & Under - Ability to swim entire length of the pool Freestyle with face in the water. Exceptions might be made if a child can't quite swim the length, at the coaches discretion.
- 7-8 year olds – Ability to swim entire length of the pool both Freestyle and Backstroke. Freestyle should be swum with face in the water breathing to the side.
- 9 & 10 year olds – Ability to swim entire length of pool Freestyle (face in the water) and Backstroke. A working knowledge of Butterfly and Breaststroke is helpful, but not required.
- 11 & Older – Ability to swim 2 lengths of pool Freestyle (face in the water) and Backstroke. A working knowledge of Buuterfly and Breaststroke is helpful, but not required.
Team Registration - All Teams
The registration for all summer league teams will open on March 1, 2026. Two registrations are required, one with the team through the Excel registration system and one with Swimmingly. Refunds for registrations will be issued for any reason through June 1, 2025. Following that date, no refunds will be issued. Team apparel for all teams will be available on your team's specific site on SwimOutlet. Use the link below to order everything you will need for the summer season!
