Policies & Procedures

All registrations should be done online using using the Excel Swim School class registration platform.
To receive a full refund due to cancellation, notice must be given 7 days prior to the start of the session by email to the Swim School Director. This applies to group and private lessons.
Individual per class refunds or make up lessons will be be provided if the group or private lesson is cancelled by Excel Aquatics.
No refunds for group lessons will be given after the first day of the session, unless a medical notice is provided to the Swim School Director.
Excel Aquatics does not automatically re-register swimmers for additional sessions. This is the parent's responsibility.
Classes are limited in size to maintain a low student to coach ratio. Limits vary by level. Class limits will not be exceeded.
Communication regarding last minute class cancelations due to weather, pool closure, etc will be handled via email.

Swimmers who are not members of the facility at which they swim are not allowed to swim before or after class.
If you are a member and plan to stay after lessons please check in with the front desk staff to scan in.
If there are any medical circumstances, learning disabilities, or water experiences that can be of assistance in teaching the student, please notify the instructor so that we can provide the proper instruction for you.
Please do not interrupt a swim lesson instructor while he or she is teaching class.
Parents should remain in the bleachers during the lesson in order to allow both students and instructors the ability to fully focus on the class.

For all classes a swimsuit, goggles and towel are required.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early on the first day.
You can use the locker rooms before and after practice to change and shower. However, if your class ends after 7:45pm you should plan to change/shower at home, as the facility closes at 8pm.
